Product Designer
Our team designed user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes, and consistently improved the style guide system. And also, designed the brand tone of voice, grid, typography, etc.
In my journey, I learned how to understand problems, ideate opportunities based on my research, and validate them by testing my prototypes. Always make sure to follow them, measuring the success of the project with metrics that helped evaluated the ROI of UX.
When I worked at Agenda Geek (NGO), with a UX design team, I learned how to communicate my ideas with my co-workers better and present my deliverables to the PO and stakeholders. And top of that, I learned how to develop emotional intelligence to deal with pressure and short deadlines.
Since this was my first professional experience, I had the opportunity to lead our team during the development stage, being responsible for the information architecture of the website and the prototyping of the wireframes and the high-fidelity screens (UI & Visual Design).
Furthermore, I improved my communication skills considerably, as I actively participated in the daily meetings with my team and presented our team's deliverables and progress to the mentors and project managers. And also, the final presentation that leads us to victory.

After 5 months of hard work, we had the demo meeting where we present our project and received compliments from everyone. Of 14 teams, 4 reached the end, and my team was the one who won the prize!
In the play about the Wizard of Oz, I was awarded the revelation actor playing the magician's assistant. I can say that one year of rehearsal was worth it.
All the time spent adapting to the new school and challenges has been repaid, because I have achieved what I most wanted, to be recognized for my knowledge.
